Our Trip to Charleston

We had a wonderful time in Charleston this past weekend. We got to spend time with our dear friends, the Stricklands. It rained all day Friday, so we spent some time in downtown Charleston at the Children's museum and then ate BBQ at Sticky Fingers.

Fran made dresses for the girls as they were chosen to be flower girls in Erin's wedding. Katelyn, Makinley and Piggie all looked beautiful as they walked down the aisle.

We stayed in a great house, one block from the beach. Makinley got her first look and feel of the ocean, but was not too sure what to think. Daddo took Katelyn out for her first surfing session, while Momma and Makinley looked for shells.

Most of all, we enjoyed spending time with the Stricklands! Thank you Ken, Fran, Ashley and Erin for letting us be a part of your special weekend!
