Katelyn is officially a preschooler! She had her first day today and did great! She goes to school at our church so is used to the building and has been in the room before, so the drop off went smoothly. She pulled out a chair and sat down at the table to do the craft as soon as she walked in. She didn't even look at me when I went out the door. Such a big girl... my baby is growing up FAST!
Here she is before we left this morning. Ms. Heather said she could bring something from home with her that would make her comfortable. I asked her what she wanted to take and she said, "The baby that is sleeping and that says a prayer." She sleeps with this doll at night. She also has her Learning Tree bag with her name on it. She is proud of her bag because she can recognize a "K" and knows that her name starts with it, so knows her bag has her name on it.
